amaroK 1.3 und (k)ubuntu

Am 13.08.2005 erschien amarok 1.3. Hier ein Auszug aus der Announce-Mail:

    Da mich das Podcasting besonders interessierte wollte ich diese Version unbedingt haben. Nach kurzen googeln ging es dann auch:

    amaroK 1.3

    Zuerst muß das alte amarok deinstalliert werden:

    oliver@nebuchadnezzar:~$ sudo apt-get remove amarok
    Password:
    Paketlisten werden gelesen... Fertig
    Abhängigkeitsbaum wird aufgebaut... Fertig
    Die folgenden Pakete werden ENTFERNT:
    amarok amarok-arts amarok-xine kubuntu-desktop
    0 aktualisiert, 0 neu installiert, 4 zu entfernen und 5 nicht aktualisiert.
    Es müssen 0B Archive geholt werden.
    Nach dem Auspacken werden 12,1MB Plattenplatz freigegeben worden sein.
    Möchten Sie fortfahren [J/n]?

    Die Pakete amarok-arts und amarok-xine können problemlos entfernt werden, da in dem neuen Paket bereits enthalten. Auch kubuntu-desktop kann entfernt werden.

    Danach installiert man die beiden Pakete und freut sich 😀

    oliver@nebuchadnezzar:~$ sudo dpkg -i amarok-1.3_1.3-1_i386.deb
